Every pass includes the three mineral pools, both steam rooms, the salt cave, the quiet library and the tea garden. Treatments are booked on top.
Membership
Three ways to belong.
Monthly, rolling, cancel with a month's notice. No joining fee and no contract longer than a year.
Weekday
Monday to Thursday, all day, every week.

Two adults at the same address, plus under-18s at weekends.

No commitment
Day passes.
If you would rather not join anything, that is entirely reasonable. Passes are capped at forty guests a day across the whole building, which is why it never feels full.

Before you join
The small print, in plain words.
If something here is unclear, the front desk answers the phone between 8am and 9pm every day.
Email or tell the desk. One calendar month's notice, no exit fee, no retention phone call. If you have paid for a year up front we refund the unused months.
Yes — up to three months a year at no charge, for any reason at all. Travel, injury, a bad quarter at work. Just tell us before the billing date.
We cap the building at forty guests. Members get priority booking, and on the two or three Saturdays a year we hit the cap, members are never turned away.
No — membership covers the pools, steam, salt cave, library and garden. Treatments are booked separately at 10% or 20% off depending on your tier. We would rather charge less for the space than bundle in a treatment you might not want.
Under-18s only during the Sunday family hour, 8:00 – 9:00, and only on the Household membership. The rest of the week the building is adults only, which is rather the point.
It goes in a locked drawer at reception and we will fetch it for you at any moment you ask, without a raised eyebrow. If you are on call, tell us and we will take messages at the desk.

Book a weekday pass and we will credit the full £58 against your first month if you join within a fortnight.
