We hold slots for 24 hours while we confirm your therapist's availability. If you would rather speak to somebody, the desk answers between 8am and 9pm every day of the year.

We are open every day of the year.
Including Christmas Day, when the pools are at their quietest and the tea garden smells of woodsmoke. Last treatment booking is ninety minutes before close; the water stays open until the doors do.

Getting here
Nine minutes from the station.
Ashcombe Lane is unmarked from the main road — look for the stone gatepost with the ivy on it, immediately after the second bridge. Every guest misses it once.
Parking
Twenty free spaces including four EV chargers. Overflow field opens at weekends.
By train
Bath Spa, then a nine-minute walk along the towpath or a five-minute taxi. We validate fares over £15 for members.
Accessibility
Step-free throughout, pool hoist in the warm pool, and two treatment rooms with height-adjustable tables. Tell us in advance and we will have everything ready.
Good to know
Before you arrive.
The five things the desk gets asked most often, answered properly.
Swimwear and nothing else. Robes, slippers, towels, lockers and toiletries are all provided, and there are hairdryers and straighteners in the changing rooms.
Thirty minutes before your treatment, and we mean it. The arc only works if you have already begun to slow down before the table.
Free up to 48 hours before. Inside 48 hours we charge 50%, and no-shows are charged in full — our therapists are paid for the slot either way.
Really. They go in a locked drawer at reception, and we will fetch yours the moment you ask. If somebody needs to reach you, give them our number and we will find you.
Up to eight, through groups@verdeserenity.com. We do not do hen parties in the pool hall, but the tea garden alcoves and the two paired suites are yours for the afternoon.
Rather just turn up?
Day passes are usually available on weekdays without booking. Ring ahead at weekends — we cap the building at forty guests.
