Anything else, our front desk answers the phone between 8am and 9pm daily.
Swimwear and nothing else. Robes, slippers, towels, lockers and toiletries are all provided.
Yes from the second trimester. We have side-lying bolstered tables and a dedicated prenatal blend. The hot pool and steam room are not recommended — your therapist will design around them.
Absolutely. Two of our suites are built for pairs, and the tea garden has private alcoves. We only ask that conversation stays out of the pool hall.
Free up to 48 hours before. Inside 48 hours we charge 50%, and no-shows are charged in full — our therapists are paid for the slot either way.
Twenty free spaces including four EV chargers. The station is a nine-minute walk and we validate taxi fares over £15 for members.
